Here's the most important steps to get started:
1) Add users first, but you really only have to enter their name and decide whether or not to let them have admin privileges (ability to use the entire app). 2) Set the dates of your school year next and MOST IMPORTANTLY - add your students to this school year at the bottom of that window. Not all users are necessarily students, especially as the years go by and some users graduate. 3) Next, I would recommend adding resources: http://www.ollyhomeschool.com/record-keeping/resources/
4) Now's the time to start planning! Enter your homeschool plans in this order: Courses, Lesson Plans, Learning Plans, and lastly, Assignment Calendar. Again, there are more detailed instructions on the website, even if you can't watch any of the videos.
