I am so sorry, I meant to get back to you on this, but things have been hectic lately and it completely slipped my mind. Did you have the beta before purchasing? It seems like most of the people having problems it was due to files created during the beta. Could you check your Dropbox->Apps->OLLY folder, and tell me what files are in it? There should be an Olly.ollydb file that you need, but if there are also Olly.ollydb-shm and Olly.ollydb-wal files, you can delete those two and it might help. One thing you might want to try if the desktop version is working fine, is deleting the contents of the Dropbox->Apps->OLLY folder, then re-uploading from the Mac version and try it again on the iPad.
