I'm thinking we should try a fresh download of OLLY. Be sure to back-up your data somewhere (see the "File" menu on top tool bar), either in a separate folder of your hard drive, on a thumb drive, or some other external hard drive. Then send your current OLLY app to the trash, and download a fresh copy. Maybe your first download was corrupted in some way.
If you bought your copy on the Mac store, you should be able to just download it again. If you bought your copy on our store, please let me know via email your name or the email address you used to purchase. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
