If you have created a NEW active school year, there shouldn't be any courses assigned to your students yet. If your student's Learning Plan is still showing last year's courses, don't unassign them because this probably means you are still working with last year as the active school year. If you unassign them, you will lose the transcript info!!!
Just check the top right corner to see which year you are working with.
Also, every course and lesson plan you have ever created will always be stored in the "Filing Cabinet" of the Learning Plans page. If you don't want to see them anymore, you could always create a category called "Archive" to store away unused courses. To create a category, just click on the name of a course or lesson plan and drag it on top of another name. The two will then be combined into a "New Category" which you can rename.
Question two: We don't currently have a way to print numerical grades instead of letter grades, but it will be in the very next update. We are revamping all of our reports to make them more customizable. So if you don't need the report right away, you might wait until the update comes out (hopefully soon).
